  2. Recently been working on this myself and surprise not much of a difference in the belly area. Granted I've been working out the last two weeks and changed my diet about 2 months ago, but I still thought I'd see at least a little difference.....I also have no idea what I'm doing. Any suggestions???

      Thanks for the comment! I admire your desire to change your diet. Consider the "grocery list" tab on the blog. I would strongly encourage you to eat Higher Glycemic carbs in the morning, Medium in the afternoon, and low from about 4-6pm on....

      Also, bring in more greens at dinner time!

      Give this info. a try for a week and let me know how your body reacts.
