Healthy Cocoa-nut No-Bake Cookies
1 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. coconut oil
¼ c. Agave Nectar/ or Honey
2 tbsps. cocoa (unsweetened)
1 c. oats
2/3 c. pecans/ or hazelnuts
½ c. carob chips/ or raisins
½ c. coconut shredded flakes (sweetened, if desired)

Place wax paper onto baking sheet.
§
Place a tablespoon amount of mixture on to wax
paper roughly 1 inch apart.
§
Place into freezer for 25-30 minutes until firm.
Note: Cookies may be kept at room temperature after
freezing.
