Protein Shakes

I buy all my protein through Proteincow.com, of course, I am the creator of this masterpiece. However, I am interested to know if you currently make protein shakes. Why? Not to sell you a product---I am interested in hearing about how you make your shakes. I'm taking a poll:

So... do you like you shake with 1) Water 2) Milk 3) Banana 4) Berries 5) Peanut Butter 6) Honey 7) Ice Cream 8) Cinnamon 9) Gravy 10) What kind of flavor 11) oatmeal 12) ice

My favorite shake is with Chocolate 100% Whey Protein (with no artificial flavoring or sweeteners...yuck!), almond milk, 1 banana, spoonful of peanut butter, 1/2 cup oatmeal (pre-blended--puree'd if you will... I know I will), cinnamon, honey, and ice for extra thickening and coolness factor 10.

Now, what does the perfect protein shake look like for you???

  1. Wow! That is an intense shake. I typically just use Vanilla Whey with milk, ice and frozen strawberries or blueberries and call it good.
    Yours sounds much more enticing.

  2. If I have vanilla I'll usually put those same berries. Often I'll include a banana for texture. I made the shake posted above last night....I forget sometimes how thick it ends up being---YUM!
