Question about AVERAGE reps and sets

was wondering if you could tell me How many sets you do in the gym? TMW say 12 but i cant get my head around that so thought id see how many you do (on average)

Thanks for taking the time to comment on my videos and invest in your physique. ;o)

Regarding your question about reps, I often cater my reps around my goals for the year (goals are broken up into 3 and 4 areas of growth for the year-- example: jan-april reducing bodyfat by 4-6%)

Currently, my exercises have sets consisting of
15-10-6,
15-12-10,
12-10-8-6,
12-8-4,
10-8-6-4,
10-10-8-8,
8-8-6-6

These reps are due to my desire to reduce bodyfat by 4-6% by April 2012.

Note: Higher rep sets are typically for muscles like Chest, Shoulders. Lower rep sets are geared toward Legs and Back days.
