A lot of people would tell you it is important to exercise because exercise burns a lot of calories. This is true, it is a great idea to exercise. We are taught at a young age to eat everything on our plate because we do not want to waste food. When we eat with bigger plates we usually put more food on the plate and wecontinue eating even after we become full because we do not want to waste food. If you get smaller plates you will not have to worry about this over eating problem.
Get More Sleep
If it is possible for you to get more sleep, do it! When you sleep you are in an anabolic (fat burning) state. If you can get just one extra hour of sleep per night you will burn more calories. This might sound weird but give it a try for a week and watch how much weight you lose!
