Three Nutrition Tips that may save your life

Regarding your diet, you may consider three things:

1) Increase protein intake with carb reduction; which will consequently, lower calories.

2) Strive to eat [something] EVERY 3 hours; Example: Meal, snack (protein shake), Meal, snack, Meal, snack…

3) Strive to cut your last meal back an hour (If dinner is typically at 6pm, it is now at 5—genius math, huh?? *Also, notice I said “meal” and not “snack”—a protein shake at roughly 8pm is great for rebuilding, increasing metabolism, etc.)

Work on these three things for 30 days and then report back for more. ;P
