  2. Jake, I almost always ADD weight to each set-- unless fatigue has set in too much.

  3. This is a great exercise. I did it today and I can definitely feel it! Like every other person, I'm always conflicted with total reps and how much weight I need to lift. Any suggestions on that for trying to bulk? Someone told me to do low weights and more reps.

    1. Chris, Thanks for taking time to comment. In my experience, I would recommend lifting as much as your body can control within a range of 4-8 reps. Are you trying to bulk-up in any specific area?
