Best Chest Workout for Massive Pecs

  1. For chest, which is better flat bench or decline bench because I recently did some research and people are saying decline is much better as it puts more focus on the chest as well as less on the shoulders. I really want to build more mass in the chest and get a better curve at the bottom but don't want to sacrifice the weight I can do on flat bench.

    1. What a great question! Before I answer your question, please tell me... aside from the research you are doing... which chest movement do you think you are receiving better results with?

  2. Technically speaking you would engage your chest doing decline more so than flat and incline. What I am receiving result from is probably from incline military press though.
