For chest, which is better flat bench or decline bench because I recently did some research and people are saying decline is much better as it puts more focus on the chest as well as less on the shoulders. I really want to build more mass in the chest and get a better curve at the bottom but don't want to sacrifice the weight I can do on flat bench.

  2. Technically speaking you would engage your chest doing decline more so than flat and incline. What I am receiving result from is probably from incline military press though.
