Ready to Make those legs Grow in 45 Minutes??!!!

For those following the workouts, this is a LEGS Day you will talk about for awhile! ;o)

Here is a hard copy to take to the GYM:

October 19, 2011

1) Leg Extensions, 2) Lying-Down Hamstring Curls, 3) Jump Rope
Leg Extensions: 30-15-12-10

Lying Down Ham Curls: 30-15-12-10

Jump Rope: 30 rotations

1) Machine Leg Press, 2) Dumbbell Straight-Leg Deadlifts
Machine Leg Press (Resistance): 2 (Self), 6 (Resist), 10 (Self)

Dumbbell Straight-Leg Deadlifts: 12-10-8

1) Front Squat, 2) Dumbbell Lunges, 3) Standing Hamstring Leg-Curls
Front Squat: 10-10-10
Lunges: 20 Reps (5-25lb dumbbells)

Standing Ham Curls: 15-12-10
